Delete your AutoGlint account
Use this page to request deletion of your AutoGlint app account and the personal data associated with it.
This request applies to the AutoGlint Android and iOS app account provided by AUTOGLINT UK LTD.
What happens next
- 1Send the request
Enter the account email and, if known, your username.
- 2Verify ownership
AutoGlint may contact the account email address before processing deletion.
- 3Delete or anonymise
Account data is removed, except records that must be retained for legitimate legal reasons.
Data removed
Information covered by your request
- Your AutoGlint sign-in credentials and customer profile.
- Saved vehicle details linked to your account.
- Active app sessions and mobile access tokens.
- Quote requests, notes and booking information that is no longer required.
- Notification subscriptions linked to your account.
Limited retention
Records we may need to retain
Invoices, payment records and completed transaction records may be retained where required for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, dispute handling or other legal obligations.
Any retained information is restricted to the required purpose and kept only for as long as that obligation applies. Full payment card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by AutoGlint.
